COVID-19 post-containment: International delivery limited to certain countries
Despite the COVID-19 outbreak, our store remains open and we are doing our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Previously, we were able to ship to countries all over the world.
However, in many countries flights are now rare, which has extended delivery times. We therefore preferred to stop shipping in certain countries until further notice.
Now our international delivery service is only available in the following countries:
- in Albania
- France métropolitaine
- Czech republic,
- Saudi Arabia
When will my products be shipped?
We ship all products within 2 business days. There may be occasional small delays during public holidays. But rest assured, we are committed to doing everything in our power to deliver your products to you on time and exceed your expectations.
How soon will I receive my products?
Usual deadlines for free delivery are generally:
Europe: 12-20 business days
Asia: 15-35 business days
South America: 20-35 business days
Middle East: 20-35 business days
We will send you an order confirmation email once we have received your payment.
Later, you will receive a second email confirming the shipment of your order with tracking information. If for any reason you have a problem receiving these emails, please contact us at email@example.com .
How can I track my package ?
To track your package, just click on the tracking link sent by email.
You can also track your order by clicking on the link " suivi 17track ». You will need to enter your tracking number then click on the orange "TRACK" button.
Why is my tracking number not working?
The tracking link may not be operational within 48 hours of shipping. Indeed, after shipment of your package, it is processed by our carrier who will have to scan and enter the delivery information in the tracking system. There may be a delay between these analysis events and the availability of online tracking.
Can I change my delivery address after more than 48 hours following the confirmation of my order?
We strongly recommend that you verify your delivery information before placing your order. Once your order has been shipped and you have received your tracking number, we will no longer have control over it. It will be impossible for us to change your delivery address.
