Does the Secrets d'Eden store accept returns?
For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept any returns.
However, we have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy.
If one or more products do not match what you ordered, please take photos of the products received and then email us at email@example.com. We will be happy to help you and we can mutually agree. Do not forget to indicate the number of the order concerned.
In the event that Secrets d'Eden has made an error in your order, we undertake to reimburse you in full. We would like to thank you for informing us within 7 days of receiving the product at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The product I received is damaged, what should I do?
In the event that you have received a defective product due to transit, Secrets d'Eden will replace it at no additional cost to you. or will issue a full refund.
Within 7 days of receipt, please take photos of the broken or damaged product and email us at email@example.com, mentioning the number of the order concerned. We will be happy to help you.
